Co-Owner, Construction Manager
Joe Meibos
Joe has worked in the construction industry in Northern Utah since 2004 as a painter, carpenter, and framer with experience in insurance claims and disaster clean-up. Before starting Flash Basements, Joe owned his own finish carpentry and framing businesses.
In his free time, Joe spends time outdoors, watches football, and spends time with family and friends. He currently lives in Plain City with his wife and three kids.
Co-Owner, Project Manager
Ryan Sanchez, PMP
Ryan started his career in project management in 2015 and has overseen many high-profile projects in the past seven years. Before project management, Ryan coached basketball at Utah Tech University, where he also played basketball and earned his bachelor's degree in business administration.
In his free time, Ryan likes to play basketball and spend time with family and friends. Ryan resides in Farr West with his wife and two kids.
Sales and Customer Service
Jason Douglass
Jason has been in sales and customer service for 20 years and joined the Flash Basements team in May of 2022. Jason will be your initial point of contact, and he specializes in making sure all parties are the right fit for each other.
In his free time, Jason runs, mountain bikes, snowboards, and spends time with his wife and 4 kids, including 4 year old twins.
